Shipping and Delivery Policy


Shipping Methods and Costs

Australian Standard Post (3-5 business days): $7.95
Australian Express Post (1-2 business days): $10.95

International Standard Post (9-14 business days): $14.95
International Express Post (4-6 business days): $24.95

Please ensure upon checkout that your customer details and shipping address is correct as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are delivered to any incorrect or non-deliverable addresses that have been entered. We are unable to amend, change or cancel any orders including customers shipping address once the order has been received, processed and dispatched from our facility.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excludes public holidays) from the day the order has been placed and received.

Please remember to write a note upon check out when your order is placed if you would not like your parcel to be left unattended, otherwise the courier service actions are out of our control upon delivery of your parcel.


Returns: Exchange and Refund Policy


Exchange

Our exchange policy will only be valid for 14 days from the day you received the parcel.

In the unlikely event where you have received a faulty item please get in contact with our team to discuss for an eligible exchange order. We cannot offer an exchange due to a customer simply changing their mind about the product. The exchanged item cannot be changed to a different item and/or lash style. Exchanges will only be made to the same style that has been selected from the original customer order.

Due to sanitary, hygiene and safe purposes we will only accept returns for items that are unused and in it's original packaging with all parts and accessories still included and attached including the valid invoice. Please return the item that requires an exchange and once we have received and assessed the item, we will process and dispatch the exchange order as quickly as possible. We are unable to offer any store credit as an alternative method. 

Upon this process, you will be responsible for the shipping and extra/cover costs (non-refundable) that is required when returning the item to our facility for an exchange order. Please refer to your preferred use of courier for shipping details and costs as well as considering a tracking service, extra costs and cover such as parcel insurance for the return of your parcel as we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Our refund policy will only be valid for 14 days from the day you received the parcel.

Due to sanitary, hygiene and safe purposes we will only accept refunds for items that are unused and in it's original packaging with all parts and accessories still included and attached including the valid invoice. Please get in contact with us to discuss the eligibility of the item for a refund. From there you will be required to return the item that requires a refund credit and once we have received and assessed the item, we will notify you whether the item is eligible for a refund credit. Once approved the refund credit will be applied to the original payment method and account. We are unable to offer any store credit as an alternative refund method.
